What this site collects
Very little. There are no forms here, no accounts, no newsletter box. No cookies get set, and these pages run no analytics or ad tracking.
Anything you send to [email protected] gets read so we can answer it. That means we see your name, your email address and whatever you put in the message. Threads stay in the inbox for up to 12 months in case you write back, then get deleted. Your email is never sold, shared with advertisers or added to a mailing list.
We will never ask you for a password, card number, bank details or a copy of an ID document by email. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of that, it isn't from us.
Server logs
Our web host keeps standard request logs (IP address, time and the page asked for) to keep the site running and spot abuse. We don't use them to profile visitors.
Your requests
Want us to delete an email thread you sent? Write to the same address and say so. You'll get a short reply once it's gone.
